The Asian Youth Climate Workshop intends to train approximately 70 youth climate leaders in skills such as campaigning and organizing; utilizing new media to ensure their stories resound at local, regional and international levels; making their voices heard through traditional media; basic climate change science and policy relevant to the region; impacting policy development at the national and international levels.
In addition, through the new relationships developed and information shared, a strong, supportive, and strategic network will be strengthened throughout the East Asian region.
